Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Oversee social media accounts design
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Plan social media strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to our webs properties
Managing, leading and inspiring a Social Media executives
Ensuring quality control of companys relevant conversations and responses in social media
Community management and work flow issues in line with crisis and risk management protocols
Managing, creating and deliberating regular reports, and acting as the key point of contact for the Social Media team and for liaison with customer services
Proven work experience as a Social media manager in the media industry
Hands on experience in content management - Marathi & English
Excellent copywriting skills Marathi & English
Ability to ideate creative content - Marathi & English (text, image and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills - Marathi & English
Analytical and multitasking skills
Experience in leading teams from diverse cultures
Experience in social media community management is advantageous
Comfortable with web, apps, using and adapting to new software
Experienced with any form of social media monitoring tool is a definite bonus
