Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end performance management execution and administration
2. Work with leaders to understand the key performance indicators and build the performance framework for their respective teams.
3. Oversee the development and implementation of an organization-wide performance appraisal program and monitors the progress constantly
4. Identify key areas of non-performance by analyzing the historical data and through discussions with respective stakeholders via established channels of communication
5. Daily monitoring of Task log for all employees and ensuring 100% compliance through strong reporting and follow-up
6. Closely monitor performance of key business functions and work with leaders to highlight concern areas.
7. Actively lead and follow up for improvements in identified parameters for specific units (eg., branches, sub-verticals, teams, etc.) leading to measurable impact
8. Drive PIP for below average performers and ensure consistent monitoring and feedback in collaboration with respective leaders
9. Pay for performance and pay as per the market philosophy to be rightly understood and executed
10. Create meaningful strategic reports, highlight improvement areas and presenting to respective team and management
11. HR data, dashboards and analytics support for HR and Business functions
12. Drive automation projects including automation of report to reduce manual tasks
13. Must have an in-depth understanding of Compensation and Rewards Framework and should have worked on the same
14. Design, implement, control and monitor Compensation Policy & Total Rewards program
15. Work with external agencies and vendors to collect market intelligence and use the same for appraisal & compensation related decision making to stay competitive in the market
16. Serves as an SME and advisor to HR and recruitment teams as needed in all aspects of compensation design planning and administration processes and counseling on customization of programs at a local level.
17. Designs pieces of complex compensation programs resulting in significant and long term changes to the company's compensation offerings and policies ensuring optimal budget utilization
18. Should be able to independently drive and set up HR processes, policies, SOP's and HR Analytics for the organization

4. Hands on experience in social media sites, MS office - especially, Excel and Power point

7. An individual who continually seeks efficiency and effectiveness in work
8. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
9. Attention to detail and commitment to make things happen

c. Should have excellent communication skills and English skills too

f. Must be a strict disciplinarian for timelines

a. Must be a full time MBA/PG in Human Resources from a reputed and recognized institution
b. Must have strong academic record and secured at least 75% in 10th and 12th
c. Any additional course or certification in the related field will be an added advantage
