Position Name:Benefit Manager
Education & Relevant Experience :Graduate / Post Graduate in any field, Minimum 6 yrs of experience in Sales.
- Responsible for identifying, contacting & registering of merchants for citizen benefits / discounts and loyalty club.
- Work closely to identify the vendors that should be on the platform basis the preferences of Citizens registered or targeted.
- Build and strengthen relationships, develop accounts and partners, meet or exceed goals for account retention, development, and maintenance.
- Provide input to the Content team for designing content to ensure better vendor registration and retention as per the Strategy designed.
- Ensure that the target for vendor registration, Transactions per vendor, Transaction value per vendor are met.
- will be responsible to improve organizations market position and achieve set targets.
- He/ She will also be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services. Responsible for planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential merchants to do business with the company.
Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
