Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. The incumbent will coordinate Change Management projects
2. Drive leadership development interventions
3. Career path & succession planning frameworks and system
4. Assist the HR Head on succession planning and management
5. Creation and execution of Talent Management framework and regularly assess and monitor traffic in 9boxes
6. Work closely with the performance management specialist to draw regular input for TM processes and actions
7. Monitor and maintain a healthy pipeline of talent pool for succession planning
8. Responsible for Job analysis, job description, role enrichment, job rotation agenda for the group
9. Responsible for working on culture building interventions
10. Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles.
11. Develop and institutionalize competency framework and assessment methodology
12. Work on career progression and retention programs for the HiPots
13. Diagnostic and implementation of organizational effectiveness programs
14. Work on team collaboration interventions to enhance interdepartmental coordination
15. Create and execute Assessment Development Centers for hiring and development agenda
16. Responsible for creation, updation and upkeep of HR processes and policies

A competent candidate must be / have -
1. Excellent at oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
2. Able to work with people across levels and businesses with much ease.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Hands on experience in MS office - especially, Excel and Power point
5. One who can work tirelessly with an unwavering focus
6. An individual who can manage multiple projects and work well in high pressure scenarios with stringent timeliness
7. An individual who continually seeks efficiency and effectiveness in work
8. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
9. Attention to detail and commitment to make things happen

Competencies:
a. Must be conceptually very strong and possess functional knowledge
b. Must be passionate and energetic to perform
c. Should have excellent communication skills and English skills too
d. Ability to think out-of-the-box

f. Must be a strict disciplinarian for timelines

Academics:
a. Must be a full time MBA/PG in Human Resources from a reputed and recognized institution
b. Must have strong academic record and secured at least 75% in 10th and 12th
c. Any additional course or certification in the related field will be an added advantage
