Define key sales and marketing strategies for the region, budgets required to deliver, and drive successful execution to achieve results
Work with Marketing (Digital & Brand), Events and other support teams in designing and implementing strategies around sales growth and member experience
Build strategy to onboard majority of SME's and Startups's as their members.
Finding, closing deals and managing brokers relationships in a professional, accurate and organized way
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, opportunities and trends.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and expansions that will lead to an increase in sales.
Support the execution of any core campaigns,
Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Public relations and ensure all the articles are in alignment with the brand
Research, produce and execute partnerships that effectively drive awareness and generate leads
Coordinate with all external and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities related to brand partnerships
Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / equivalent
Over 5 years of work experience in Marketing
Experience of working with entrepreneurs and/or working with a consultancy and/or with a start-up
Experience in dealing with entrepreneurship ecosystem, strategy setting and organizational capacity building
Experience of legal / contractual documentation
