Job Description

  1. To maintain record of all insurance products and sale of insurance policy through proper system.
  2. To support Business Partners and other staff by arranging and giving various training.
  3. To provide required Quote, Pre & Post Sales Servicing to Relationship Manager ,Business Partner & customers through given process. You need to provide quote on the same day of request and asap.
  4. You need to maintain free look cancellation and other cancellation data. Accordingly recover an amount from respective Persons i.e. Business Partner/RM etc.
  5. To do various communication to Relationship Manager and Business Partners for their better productivity as a support.
  6. To provide various calculations to account team for making payout to respective people.
  1. To do data entry into the Saiba system or any other system on daily basis. You need to provide various reports through Saiba or any other system as and when required.
  2. You need to generate various reports, which are necessary to submit to IRDAI. You need to maintain a calendar of submission for the same.
  3. To maintain good relationship with internal and external staff for more productivity.
  4. To focus and to plan activity to collect renewal premium through tele calling, Email, Sms etc with the help of Relationship Manager, Business Partners etc.
  5. To help Business Partners in claim settlement through fast coordination with respective Insurance companies.
  6. You will be one point contact for all insurance companies and for Relationship Manager, Business Partner etc.


  1. 2/3 years of experience in handling insurance Operation with any Broking firm.
  2. Knowledge of Saiba Software and other software is necessary.
  3. Cool headed person who can handle different kind of Relationship Manager/Business Partners/staff with respect.
  4. Smart in communication & coordination, computer literate is must, ready to travel daily within city for various coordination with insurance companies.
  5. Good knowledge of various types of Claims and Insurance products are desirable.
  6. Good Tele communication skill.
  7. Knowledge of insurance policy issuance process, pre & post sales services and operation will be an added advantage.
