Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
1. The incumbent will take lead role in designing, developing and delivering learning interventions
2. Execute Learning and Development agenda for all verticals across the group
3. Perform training need analysis role based, individual and organization level
4. Execute approved L&D plan for functional and behavioral interventions with adherence to timelines
5. Develop and institutionalize competency framework and assessment methodology
6. Formulates training outlines and determines delivery methods using blended learning approaches
7. Responsible for content curation and delivery for different need types
8. Must have worked on leadership development interventions across levels
9. Must have hands on with vendor management activities

Employee Engagement:
1. Create, plan and execute best in class induction program for new hires and measure its effectiveness periodically
2. Create and implement mentoring program for new inducts to help them integrate with the organization's culture.
3. Rewards and recognition program for employees across businesses
4. Possess a clear understanding of employee engagement models
5. Experience working on Engagement surveys, dissemination of findings, action plans and close monitoring
6. Short and long term programs/strategies aimed at attraction, engagement, development and retention of employees
7. Develop an integrated and ongoing internal communications plan to drive employee engagement and effective events.
8. Timely MIS & reporting - creating and presenting dashboard with recommendations and providing input as and when required
