Job Description

The main objective is to design and deliver of People and Organizational Development interventions that supports the execution of business strategies and enhances business performance across the organization. Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization.
Execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance. Working with teams across the group, to support a program of continuous organizational performance improvement which helps the SMG achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization.

  • To design and deliver of People and Organizational Development interventions 
  • To work with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization
  • Advising on business specific OD interventions e.g. organization restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, etc
  • Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture & 
  • Execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance
  • Competency Framework (Technical & Behavioral) in line with the needs of the Organization
  • Prepare diversity & inclusion strategy in consultation with senior business and HR Leaders
  • Create tools, techniques and assessment methods to measure employee competencies and organizational talent pool including critical role evaluation
  • Chart out employee career path for individual roles to ensure employees see a clear growth & career path within the organization
  • Create succession planning framework and techniques to ensure manning of critical roles & career management of high potential employees

  • Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders & Commercially aware

  • Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation Problem solving, decision making, negotiation, analytical skills

Should have thorough knowledge of :   Coaching and Mentoring, Succession Planning, Talent attraction, development and talent categorization, Development of talent processes and procedures, Employer branding and CSR activities, Executive/leadership development, Talent audits and alignment, Career planning and career paths development
