Reply to User and Merchants and address their concerns.
Communicate with concerned team via phone to discuss ongoing issues.
Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills in the English, Marathi and Hindi language
Clarity in speech
Basic computer application skills & data management Skills.
Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills
