Roles & Responsibilities:
- Voice process (Inbound and Outbound).
- Receive calls from Enquiries from various source of marketing and counsel them on the courses offered by SIILC.
- Follow up with prospective leads and invite them to SIILC for admission.
- Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
- Generating various MIS reports and sharing with management team on regular basis.
- Co-ordinating with Product Head and Sales Team for resolving customer queries or issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in the English, Marathi and Hindi language

- Clarity in speech
- Basic computer application skills & data management Skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel.
- Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills
Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
