Job Description

This will be a mix of program operations and portfolio role.
The candidate must possess excellent relationship management and communication skills, business modelling knowledge and have some hands-on experience of managing project operations.
Create a collaborative environment amongst members through events and partnerships
Ensure that building is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly
Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local Start- ups and organizations
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program performance
Manage and support internal and external communication as needed for the program
Provide advisory and support services to startups on their business, financial, investment and other needs
Monitor business performance of portfolio start-ups, interface with other stakeholders and provide industry connects
Interact and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, mentors and partners
Study key sectors and generate insights, use-cases and industry analyses for internal and external usage
Create timely portfolio update reports and continuously monitor performance of startups
Deal scouting and analysis for new investment and incubation opportunities
Key Skills/Abilities
Passion to support the startup ecosystem in the country
Startup experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach
Ability to identify and deliver new ideas to address key challenges
Self-motivated and ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self
Strong Communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly
Excellent spreadsheet skills
Qualification/Experience Required
Post Graduate degree in Management
4-5 years experience of working in operations/ strategy consulting program/project management roles
Experience as a founder or with early stage VC firms, startups and startup related organizations is preferred
